Hybrid & Virtual showdowns & showdown adventures are back!
Since the demo of the archive version of the first generation of the online building creators for Skyscrapersim was successful, hybrid & virtual showdowns along with the virtual components for the hybrid showdown adventures have been reinstated & will be employed during high waves of coronavirus transmission, when school is in session & supplied as virtual components to a predominantly in-person showdown adventure.

Our Background

Our Showdowns
Here’s What We Provide
Trailers
A trailer is the prelude or preview before a showdown. This type of video is anywhere between 1 to 10 minutes long depending on the complexity of the showdown & number of parts of the showdown & offers a brief glimpse of each lift which will be featured on the LIVE premieres. These trailers premiere 3-12 hours before said specific corresponding part of the premieres. Magisto is used to create this type of premiere.
Showdowns
Similar to a regular lift galore, a showdown entails the best lifts from the month which were filmed within the same building or building complex & can consist of either an in-person or virtual showdown. A regular showdown can never be hybrid. These types of premieres are created in a web application called Clipchamp. There is no maximum length to a showdown. It can last as few as 3 minutes or as many as 30, depending on the complexity of the showdown. This type of premiere happens once every few to several months depending on how many high quality lifts I film within that month. To conserve technological resources, this type of premiere is usually broken into multiple parts to be premiered throughout the day, 2 1/2 to 5 hours apart from each other between 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The general rule is that if more than 10 lifts were filmed in one showdown, then the showdown is broken into multiple parts.
Showdown Adventures
Similar to a regular lift adventure, a showdown adventure entails the best lifts from the month which were filmed at multiple buildings or building complexes meant for the same premiere. It can consist of either in-person showdowns, virtual showdowns, or a hybrid system where both in-person lift videos & virtual lift videos are used.
